Ok all the problems were caused by the IDC which had a maintenance yesterday in which they did not inform any of us that it was gonna be done. The server is back on again and the DBL rates will be extended to monday night 12 midnight GMT +8.For all those still having problems CLOSE all your clients and connect once again.

I tried logging on about 10mins ago, and the same thing happened to me. "Failed to get patch/patchlist/patch.txt". I'm currently redownloading the client, hopefully it'll help if I reinstall.
The Client has problems finding a file, I think.

We are sending the complains to the server host company. This is a hardware issues beyond our control as the server is hosted in their premise. We apologize for the convenience but we do try and get back up asap.
